Delia Bayna spent 18 years as an educator before becoming a REALTOR® in 2020. That background still shapes the way she works today. She explains the buying and selling process in plain language, creates a clear strategy from the beginning, and never rushes a client into a decision.

As an SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and ABR® (Accredited Buyer's Representative), Delia specializes in helping downsizers and empty nesters navigate the move from a longtime home into something that better fits their next chapter. She also works with buyers and sellers throughout Salt Lake City, including the Avenues, Capitol Hill, Sugar House, the East Bench, and Emigration Canyon, as well as North Salt Lake.
